Revista Chronos Urgência (Rev. Chronos Urg.), linked to the Center for Permanent Education of the SAMU 192 - Regional Fortaleza, is a scientific journal of Continuous Publication (rolling pass) whose mission is to publish relevant scientific articles in the broadest sense of the different aspects of urgency / emergency in health in order to contribute to the dissemination of knowledge in the area of urgency and emergency, both pre-hospital and hospital and post-hospital.

The Revista Chronos Urgência invites the national scientific community to submit manuscripts in Portuguese for its first thematic issue. This issue intends to disseminate knowledge on the topic “Portraits of PHT in Brazil: scenario, challenges, opportunities and innovations”.

We reached the third year of Chronos Urgência Magazine with all the challenges of a new journal, informing that we are already indexed in MIGUILIM, Directory of Brazilian Electronic Scientific Journals, linked to IBICT (Brazilian Institute of Information in Science and Technology), research unit of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation.
This volume brings the theme "Management and Education in Urgency and Emergency", essential as support activities for the good performance of activities aimed at urgent and emergency care, whether pre-hospital (fixed and mobile), hospital or post-hospital.
At a time when the Ministry of Health opens 2023 with an invitation to review the national SAMU 192 Basic Support and Advanced Support protocols and that scientific productions investigate the efficiency and sufficiency of SAMU 192 coverage, we ask ourselves about the management scenarios of urgent and emergency services and how the training, continuing education and processes of permanent education with the professionals involved are going.
