  • Management and Education in Urgency and Emergency
    Vol. 3 No. 1 (2023)

We reached the third year of Chronos Urgência Magazine with all the challenges of a new journal, informing that we are already indexed in MIGUILIM, Directory of Brazilian Electronic Scientific Journals, linked to IBICT (Brazilian Institute of Information in Science and Technology), research unit of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation.

This volume brings the theme "Management and Education in Urgency and Emergency", essential as support activities for the good performance of activities aimed at urgent and emergency care, whether pre-hospital (fixed and mobile), hospital or post-hospital.

At a time when the Ministry of Health opens 2023 with an invitation to review the national SAMU 192 Basic Support and Advanced Support protocols and that scientific productions investigate the efficiency and sufficiency of SAMU 192 coverage, we ask ourselves about the management scenarios of urgent and emergency services and how the training, continuing education and processes of permanent education with the professionals involved are going.

We hope to be honored with the work of our scientific community.

  • v. 1 n. 1 (2021): Vidas e Tempos (fluxo contínuo)

    Lives and Times (continuous flow)
    Vol. 1 No. 1 (2021)

This is the first issue of Revista Chronos Urgência. With the theme "Lives and Times" we hope to provide the reader with references about "time in life" and about "life in time", with a focus on urgencies and emergencies.

Life, in its continuous autopoietic process, asks us for a constant adaptive and creative capacity to maintain its organization. There are continuous situations in which actions capable of preserving it are urgent, allowing its emergence at every moment. Urgency and emergency as foundations capable of preserving life, in time to maintain its future, in time, are the foundations of Revista Chronos Urgência.

We expect stories yet to be told, narratives, experiences and results that can increasingly contribute to the quality of the performance of professionals and people who dedicate themselves to the lives of others.

In a continuous flow, the articles will be published as they are approved by the Editorial Team. Return to see what's new or register as a reader to be notified of new publications.

Gratitude is the word that represents us at that moment!

  • v. 2 n. 1 (2022): Retratos do APH no Brasil: cenário, desafios, oportunidades e inovações (Edição Temática)

Portraits of APH in Brazil: scenario, challenges, opportunities and innovations (Thematic Edition)
    Vol. 2 No. 1 (2022)

This is the first thematic issue of the Revista Chronos Urgência. With the theme "Portraits of APH in Brazil: scenario, challenges, opportunities and innovations" we hope to provide the reader with references to the many productions and advances in the field of urgency and emergency, since the beginning of the movements of formulating policies and regulations, mainly in the Pre-hospital care (APH), and the many challenges and concerns that still exist, with a view to continuing to deepen and qualify practices in this area.

We expect untold stories, narratives, experiences and results that can increasingly contribute to the quality of the work of professionals and people who dedicate themselves to the lives of others.

In this Scenario, we expect characterization studies on what, how much, how and when care is provided, whether in the intervention or in the medical regulation of emergencies. In Challenges, we explore analytical studies on care models, people management, emergency regulation, computerized systems and various aspects of public policy.

In Opportunity, quality of what is opportune, we see the current time with a range of opportune events capable of bringing benefits and improving the current state of health in the country, whether in care, education or service management. And, finally, in Innovations we wait for studies of generation, development and implementation of new ideas, encompassing transformative practices, change processes and incorporation of technologies (products or processes) from different areas of urgency.

In a continuous flow, the articles will be published as they are approved by the Editorial Team. Return to see what's new or register as a reader to be notified of new publications.
